Nver, translated from Sumerian, means a gift.

We want to give the residents of this house the opportunity to enjoy a new level of life, and the residents of Kyiv and guests of the capital - the first panoramic observation deck with a glass floor.

THE NVER PROJECT IS CREATED IN HONOR OF MY FATHER NVER MKHITARYAN - THE MAN WHO CREATED THE FIRST PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN UKRAINE, BECAME THE FIRST TO USE MONOLITHIC FRAME TECHNOLOGY FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION AND CHANGED THE COUNTRY'S DEVELOPMENT LANDSCAPE

We created NVER as a place where you will have no limits.

Therefore, the apartments in the first tower assume free layouts. The apartments in the second tower NVER will be finished with White Box pre-finishing. We will do all the noisy, dusty work ourselves; you just have to create an interior up to your taste. Each apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and new generation energy-efficient glazing.
