NVER is a 34-story residential complex developed by Taryan Group in the Pechersk district of Kyiv. Safety is integrated into NVER from the design and construction stages and consists of three levels of protection: a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, an automated structural monitoring system, and an autonomous shelter on level −3.
NVER is being built using monolithic reinforced concrete frame technology. Steel reinforcement and concrete form a unified system, allowing the building to function as a single integrated structure and distribute loads evenly.
The structural frame is constructed using B60-grade concrete.

An autonomous shelter for residents is located on underground level −3 of NVER. Its systems were integrated into the building’s architecture during the initial design stage. The shelter includes:
Sleeping areas for residents;A food preparation area;Wi-Fi;Water reserves stored in autonomous tanks;Heating powered by dedicated generators.
How Is the Structural Integrity of NVER Monitored?

| Parameter | NVER |
|---|---|
| Number of Floors | 34 floors |
| Construction Technology | Monolithic reinforced concrete frame |
| Structural Monitoring | Vibrating Wire sensors + Beyond Monitoring platform |
| Data Transmission Frequency | Every hour |
| Shelter | Autonomous, level −3 |
| Shelter Autonomy | Water reserves, dedicated generators |

Yes. The condition of NVER’s load-bearing structures is continuously monitored by an automated system that compares actual measurements with engineering design models every hour.
Yes. An autonomous shelter is located on level −3 of the building. It features sleeping areas, Wi-Fi, water reserves, and heating powered by dedicated generators.
Yes. Heating is provided by dedicated generators, while water is supplied from autonomous storage tanks.
Beyond Monitoring is a cloud-based platform that collects data from sensors embedded in the building’s load-bearing elements and analyzes whether their actual condition corresponds to the engineering design calculations.
