The schedule for the construction of Nver has been determined.

During the working meeting with the chief designer of the Nver complex, ARHIMATIKA, the following work schedule was established:

▫️ May 2023: Installation of a crane at the construction site. Over the course of the year, reinforcement and partial dismantling of existing reinforced concrete structures, pile testing, excavation works, project development, execution of the pile field, and construction of underground floors will take place.

▫️ 2024: Construction of the monolithic frame and facade glazing.

▫️ 2025: Completion of the monolithic frame, masonry works, installation of the facade, and installation of engineering systems.

▫️ 2026: Completion of internal works, landscaping of the area, and handover of the building for use.
